Objective:
1- To be rank 1 in 2018 achievement and make sales growth rate higher than the company
growth.

2- To make higher achievement in the new products (xalatrex, olohistine, Epitaxol and Episopt)

N.B:

1- My area is the highest Target within the line with the highest Weight.
2- My area is the highest target in Tobrin Drops and it represents 21% weight for me.
3- I Faced a constant Problem from 2016 in Tobrin in El zohor and sayadelt el behira which
lead to monthly deficit in tobrin with 1000 Unit
Action Plan:

List:

1- Modify the Doctor list (move UN responded customer and keep only the supporter) the
final list will be delivered at the next meeting.
2- Monthly Coverage: (4 Visits for Class A & 2 Visit For Class B).
3- Add a new list in kafr eldawar to be 4 list instead Of 3 list in 2017( this increase because
a new potential customer open and due to the important of the safwa center to achieve
the Monthly 100 Epitaxol from safwa Only)

Centers:

4- Add El safwa Center As Am Center Twice weekly to cover all doctor shifts.
5- Weekly visit to dr. Khaled Hedak in elghazl Hospital(Epitaxol ,Normotears)
6- Focus in Mabaret El asafra Hosp. all doctor must visited at least 2 times in the month
and planning for meeting in June 2018

OTC File:

7- Focus in Tobrin Drops in OTC file to try to compensate the deficit.

8- Add New area in OTC file ( EL Dabaa,Sedi Abdel Rahman And Alamen)
9- Monthly visit with sales rep. in the OTC pharmacies to getting business and increase the
OTC rate especially in East 2 (Asafra, Aboseliman)
