E.g. My group and I used a range of leadership styles to enhance the lesson. Democratic
leadership was executed when students were able to choose their partners during the warm
up drill. In addition, autocratic leadership was used when describing drills and giving
demonstrations. Throughout the lesson, it is important to use a range of leadership styles as
it allows students to engage in the lesson, therefore increasing their maximum individual
