The healthiest meal would be the McDonald's hamburger meal, because it contains the fewest
amount of calories. Eating the meal with the least amount of calories allows me to use the majority
of my daily calory intake on foods that are healthier for me. Additionally, I have many relatives who
suffer from heart disease. Therefore, my family encourages me to consume lower amounts of sodium
in order to lower my risk of developing heart disease as well. Having this consciousness of what is
going into my body will push me to provide myself will healthier food options.
