It was a sunny day of January 9, 2015 when I started my OJT in POEA and I was
immediately turn over to the designated office. My choices in rendering my On-the-Job
training are closely related to my field. As soon as the POEA gave us the instruction to
start our OJT I've decided to purse my OJT in the institution. I have valued the fast
response of PEOA and I felt that they also valued our presence.
The Reasons behind my chosen company is too much underlying, I felt that POEA
might give me the best training ground because it is where servant leadership is present
and I know that this company will give the best training and working experience that I
will treasure in pursuing my dreams.
As what Pablo Picasso says and I quote I am always doing that which I cannot do,
in order that I may learn how to do it. I have learned many things from the department/
I'm able to the the task that is given using my own strategy to address the problem that I
might encounter while doing the task. It gave me more ideas to work with my instinct and
mental ability to reason out in a proper way of solving things. I do counter encoding
which includes oral communication with the OFW, respond to their worries and queries. I
learned to work diligently and efficiently in order not to waste time and effort as well.
