1. Road administration is classified into FIVE (5) categories

according to the allocation of financial sources of road construction
and maintenance. Explain briefly on each category.

2. Discuss on FIVE (5) factors that must be considered in deciding

route location for a new highway construction.

3. Basically, roads are divided into TWO (2) groups by area. Briefly
discuss each of them.

4. Give THREE (3) main points to distinguish between Expressway

and Primary road.

5. Discuss FOUR (4) benefits of highway privatization in our local
