AFFIDAVIT

I, Tahir Javed son of Noor Khan, resident of Village & P.O. Gaggan,
Tehsil & District Rawalpindi, Pakistan, hereby solemnly affirm and declare as
under: -

1. That my parents Mr. Noor Khan (father) and Mrs. Sadiq Sultana
(mother) have been died on 30th April, 2005 and 12th September 2010
respectively.

2. That Mr. Gohar Rehman S/o Noor Khan (late), holder of

CNIC No. 37405-3074282-7 is my real brother.

3. That my above said brother is residing in Thailand in connection with

his business.

4. That my above said brother is unmarried yet and if he likes to get marry
with any foreigner, being guardian, I have no objection in this regard.
He is fully authorized / empowered to contract marry as per his choice
with free will.

Whatever stated above is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and
belief and nothing has been concealed therein.
