Owner of a successful full service architectural illustration and design studio specializing in hand drawn  
architectural illustration and 3d modeling. Produced over 200+ art rendering and 3D modeling projects 
through hand renderings, CAD design and drafting, Photoshop and Sketchup. Maintain a consistent project base 
from client referrals and a reputation of high level customer service and efficient project completion.   
 
Notable Projects: 
• Digitally developed a high‐end rendering for the Padres/PETCO Park proposed off‐season music venue. 
• Produced 4 top quality digital renderings for a $2 million interior remodel of Sycuan Casino’s lounge, 
restaurant and gaming area.

• $2.8 million Oregon residence; proposed an oceanfront 3 level sustainable custom residence, applying for 
LEED home certification. 
• Produced 6 hand drawn renderings for a high‐end developer in Florida. Renderings were used in the 
website of a $11 million dollar luxury condominium community (www.enclaveattheoaks.com). 
 
 
 
 
 
2004 – 2009  Lead Architectural Illustrator/Intermediate Designer, Marengo Morton Architects,  
  La Jolla, CA   
Lead Illustrator for this high end residential construction and remodel architectural firm. Promoted to Lead 
Illustrator and then Designer working directly under Principal, at times overseeing the design work of 3 employees. 
Produced 100’s of art renderings utilizing CAD, 3D Sketchup and Photoshop for potential client presentations. 
Revenue increased by 35% during my tenure as a direct result of design contributions. 
 
Notable Projects: 
• Produced a total of 19 hand drawn renderings for a high end developer in La Jolla. Renderings were for two 
$10‐$12 million dollar, 3 level oceanfront luxury custom residences. 
• Designed a hand drawn rendering of a Mediterranean remodel for an $8 million, 3 level luxury 
condominiums on Windansea beach in La Jolla.  
• Responsible for field measurements and lobby as‐builts and redesign for a multi‐million dollar canopy 
addition to a 12 story condominium complex. Completed all AutoCAD drawings for the new lobby; 12 hand 
drawn renderings, and 9 digital renderings. 
• Contributed 16 hand drawn renderings and 12 extensively detailed 3d models of hotel and site plan for a 
$1.2 million dollar exterior renovation of Hotel La Jolla, a 108 suite hotel.  
• Produced a hand drawn rendering for a $6 million custom luxury modern oceanfront residence in the 
Sunset Cliffs neighborhood.
