Computer Tape Operator 06-11 to 08-17
Process tapes that get ejected from the ATL thru India to be sent to the offsite storage
facility on a weekly basis. Load scratch tapes into the ATL and filling of the tapes
coming from the offsite storage and putting any other media. Print out offsite signature
form. Understanding customer needs and requirements. Keeping management updated
on items requiring attention. Diligent in responding to all incoming requests. Monitor
console messages and mount requests, print reports using Infoprint 4100 and Printronix
7220, diligent in responding to all incoming requests(phone calls and e-mail).

Printer Technician contract
Working at Bank of America home loan sites and replacing Konica Minolta printers with
HP MFP printers.

Pc Refresh Technician contract
Replaced Dell desktop and laptop with new HP computers, install Windows XP
Images. Transfer data into flash drive and installed image in flash drive and transfer
data into new pc.

Worked at various Kaiser Permanente Hospital locations for Lexmark taking inventory
of printers, faxes and copiers. Floor to floor mapping using Visio, scanning hardware
and entering inventory data into Excel spreadsheet.

Compucom (Disney) 08-08 09-08

Printer Technician contract
Worked at Disney for Compucom on a short contract. Monitor toner quantity throught a
server, installed toner for over 500 customers on HP network and some local printers.

Boeing 05-08 07-08

Printer Technician contract
Remove HP printers and install new Lexmark printers at different Boeing sites.
Configure new Lexmark printers and mapped and helped users with new printer
troubleshooting.

Boeing and Bank of America 2-07 12-07

Remove HP printers and install new Lexmark printers for different Boeing sites.
Configure new printers. Mapped and helped users with new printers. Bank of America
project started 10/1/07. Remove Lexmark printers and install new HP printers at

Tape Operator contract
Load and unload tapes into Silo. Setup offsite tapes for shipment and file and pull
scratch tapes. Miscellaneous library duties.

Computer Operator contract
Assigned at the Pacificare facility to print jobs using the Xerox Docuprint 115MX laser
printer. Using VMS commands and Q-Direct software to a print queue. Burned
customer files to cds to be sent out.

Toyota 9-03 10-04

Computer Operator contract
Setup printer for offsite tapes report, pull tape, file and pull Unix scratches, setup AS400
backup tape, printers for special forms. Breakdown reports and distribute.

IBM 8-03 8-03

Mac Coordinator contract
Washington Mutual assisted end users at the Irvine location for pc support regarding
password issues. Pacificare and Honeywell updated McAfee anti virus protection on all
pcs.

Western Digital 7-02 6-03

Test Operator contract
Clean and replace old label on hard drive with updated label and pack hard drive in esd
bag and scan serial number. Sort hard drives coming from warehouse.

Prescription Solutions and Arthur Anderson 9-01 - 3-02

Customer Service Rep and Data Entry - contract
Customer service phone support for customers with Baycol prescriptions. Data entry for
Arthur Anderson using alpha numeric and numeric into access data base.

Boeing 4/01 - 7/01

Imac/ Inventory Specialist - contract
Job duties included inventory, moves, adds and changes. Inventory technician for pc
refresh project for Dell hardware. Updated Dell computers from a listing provided by

tasks as needed.

Intratek Computer 11/00 - 12/00

Computer Technician
Assigned at the Orange County Superior Court to install imaged software and prepared
pcs for shipment to end user of new Gateway computers. Transferred data from old pc
to new pc and installed new Lexmark printers. Assisted the help desk with pc
troubleshooting level 1 technical support.

Inventoried Gateway computers, monitors and HP printers and installed Adobe
photoshop.
