Greetings!

The Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants (JPIA), a College of Business and

Accountancy (CBA) minor organization, is planning to generate funds that will be used in
different quiz bees that the said minor organization will participate this academic year
2017-2018.

In line with this, the minor organization came up with fund generating activities (FGA)
such as selling of books and JPIA shirt. Through this letter, we are asking your good office
to allow us to conduct the abovementioned fund generating activities.

The books prices varied on its book title or its author. The JPIA-WUP will be earning
through commission of P20 for each book. The books are all reviewers and reference books
that may be useful as a study guide for the students. Also, we would like to inform you that
these books are not saleable in the commissary. Though there are problems that we
encounter last year from the collection and ordering process in this FGA, the organization
promises to improve its internal control by having order slips and cash receipts. This is the
