    TIME FRAME : 2005- 2006

    PROJECT DESCRIPTION

    The contract was awarded to replace the 331-R102 regenerator head, including the cy-
    clones, nozzles and coating, in the FCC plant.
    The work was scheduled to take place during FCC plant turnaround in January 2006.

    SCOPE OF WORK

    - Rental of a 1600 tons crane to handle the old and new regenerator head;
    - Cutting of the existing head by water jet;
    - Fabrication and installation of the new head, completed with refractory coating;
    - Assembling of new primary and secondary cyclones, as supplied by Customer, with a
    new head;
    - Regenerator sandblasting and temperature sensitive painting;
    - Reinstallation of thermocouples and electrical system;
    - Demolition of old cyclones and material selection of ferrous materials from the refractory
    ones.

    CONTRACT TYPE : Turn-key job

    CONTRACT VALUE : K Euro 3,290
