ATTENTION! Avant de commencer la mise jour de votre
tlphone, veillez sauvegarder toutes vos donnes personnelles ( Vos contacts sur votre carte SIM ou votre compte Google et vos photos, vidos et musiques sur votre PC ou votre carte SD). La mise jour effacera toutes les donnes et rinitialiser votre tlphone.

dans le PC dans le tlphone tape 2: Lancement du logiciel de mise jour
1. Tlcharger la mise jour sur : http://fr.wikomobile.com/maj.php
2. Extraire le logiciel excutable comme sur limage ci-dessous :
3. Excuter le logiciel dinstallation en tant quadministrateur.
Cliquer sur Next pour continuer.
4. Cliquez sur OK pour lancer le redmarrage en Mode Test de votre PC
Veuillez cocher la case Create a deskop icon afin de crer un raccourci sur le bureau.
Pour Windows 7 seulement.
Pour Windows 8/10, si ncessaire : - Dsactiver la signature des pilotes - Activer/Dsactiver Pare-Feu tape 3 : Installation de la mise jour
Kitkat/Lollipop :(Tlphone Eteint) Appuyer sur Volume+ et Volume-, connecter le sur le PC via le cble USB, Maintenez les boutons jusqu' ce que le tlchargement commence. Veuillez attendre quelques minutes que les pilotes sinstallent correctement, avant de cliquer sur le bouton Download.
Vous pouvez suivre ltat davancement de linstallation des pilotes
en ouvrant la barre des tches (petite flche en bas droite de votre cran).
3. Cliquer ensuite sur le bouton Download.
4. Le processus de mise jour commence
5. La mise jour est prsent termine, veuillez dbrancher le
tlphone de votre PC et lallumer.
tape 4 : Vrification de la mise jour
Afin de vrifier si la mise jour sest bien droule : 1. Veuillez-vous rendre sur le clavier numrique de votre tlphone. 2. Composer le code suivant : *#*#563412#*#* 3. Vrifier si vous tes bien sur la dernire version (voir la version du logiciel dinstallation). Dans le menu Wiko build version
Flicitations! Vous venez de terminer la mise jour.
Si vous rencontrez des difficults lors de la mise jour, merci de contacter le service technique et prendre directement rendez-vous avec nous en vous rendant sur : http://fr.wikomobile.com/maj.php, puis choisissez le modle de votre tlphone.
Etape 5: Dsactiver le Mode Test (Pour Windows 7 seulement)
Si vous souhaitez dsactiver le mode test sur votre PC :
Veuillez-vous rendre dans le menu Dmarrer
Puis allez dans : Rechercher les programmes et fichiers
Ouvrir cmd en choisissant Excuter en tant quadministrateur :
Et entrer les commandes suivantes:
bcdedit.exe -set loadoptions DENABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS (appuyez sur Entre pour valider) bcdedit.exe -set TESTSIGNING OFF (appuyez sur Entre pour valider)
Redmarrer le PC et Windows va se lancer normalement. Ou suivez les tapes

3. Run the installation software as administrator.
Click on next to continue:
4. Click on OK to start rebooting your computer in test mode
4. Please tick the box Create a deskop icon in order to create a desktop shortcut.
For Windows 7 only.
For Windows 8/10, if necessary: - Disable driver signing - Turn Windows Firewall on or off Step 3: Installing the update
1. Launch the update software by selecting Run as Administrator.
2. Kitkat > Lollipop : (Phone OFF) Please press Volume +, Volume -, Power key Lollipop : (phone powered off) press on Volume up and volume down, then at the same time for three seconds, then your connect your telephone to PC connect the phone on the computer via USB cable, hold the two button until via USB cable. the sofware Lollipop > Kitkat start downloading or Lollipop : (Phone OFF) Press Volume + and Volume - at the same time during three seconds and connect your telephone to PC via USB cable. Please wait a few minutes that the drivers install correctly, before clicking on the Download button.
You can check the progress of the drivers installation by opening the taskbar (little arrow at the bottom right of your screen).
3. Then click on the Download button (for Kitkat / Lollipop).

5. The update is now completed, disconnect the phone from your PC
and turn on your phone.
Step 4: Verifying the update
In order to check if the update was successful:
1. Please access the numeric keypad on your phone. 2. Enter the following : *#*#563412#*#* 3. Verify that you have the latest version (see the software installation version) in the menu Wiko build version. Congratulations! You have completed the update Step 5: Disabling Test Mode (For Windows 7 Only)
If you want to disable the test mode on your PC:
Please go to the Start Menu:
Then go to: Search programs and files
Open cmd with Admin rights:
And enter the following commands
bcdedit.exe set loadoptions DENABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS (press Enter to validate) bcdedit.exe set TESTSIGNINGOFF (press Enter to validate)
Reboot the PC and Windows will be loaded normally.
