AUTOMATIC TRAIN ALERT SYSTEM IN STATION

Objective:

Objective of this project is to announce train automatically by using

proximity sensor placed near the station. It is achieved by sensing the train wheel
by proximity sensor.

Scope:

This project is very useful to the train passenger. Train waiting time is less in
each station so the passengers have chance to miss these station. This project, alert
them before their train reaches the station.

Brief methodology:

4. Display

In this project proximity sensor is an important and basic device. That is

metal detection sensor which is used to identify the train wheel. It acts as an input
to the controller. It fixed near to the train metal wheel.
Signals are given to the controller device which sends the distance where the
train reached. Based on this calculation microcontroller programmed to display and
announce in station through speaker or buzzer.

. Distance between stations are measured and loaded into the controller if it
reaches, automatically controller send signal to station to the audio processor and
produce signal from the speaker.
 . This announcement is very useful and alert passenger to get ready in their
station correctly. Implementation of this project is given by the block diagram.
