Judgment

Justice and judgment are the habitation of thy throne: mercy and truth shall go
before thy face. Psalm 89:14

Psalm 68:5 A father of the fatherless, and a judge of the widows, is God in his holy
habitation.

Psalm 72:4 He shall judge the poor of the people, he shall save the children of the
needy, and shall break in pieces the oppressor.

Proverbs 31:9 Open thy mouth, judge righteously, and plead the cause of the poor
and needy.

Judgments are prepared for scorners, and stripes for the back of fools.
Proverbs 19:29

Isaiah 1:17 Learn to do well; seek judgment, relieve the oppressed, judge the
fatherless, plead for the widow.

Deuteronomy 1:16 And I charged your judges at that time, saying, Hear the causes
between your brethren, and judge righteously between every man and his brother,
and the stranger that is with him.

Psalm 98:9 Before the Lord; for he cometh to judge the earth: with righteousness
shall he judge the world, and the people with equity.

Isaiah 11:4 But with righteousness shall he judge the poor, and reprove with equity
for the meek of the earth: and he shall smite the earth: with the rod of his mouth,
and with the breath of his lips shall he slay the wicked.

Honesty

The discretion of a man deferreth his anger; and it is his glory to pass over a
transgression. Proverbs 19:11

House and riches are the inheritance of fathers: and a prudent wife is from
the LORD. Proverbs 19:14

Chasten thy son while there is hope, and let not thy soul spare for his crying.

Children's children are the crown of old men; and the glory of children are their

Dishonesty

Whoso walketh uprightly shall be saved: but he that is perverse in his ways shall
fall at once. Proverbs 28:18

To have respect of persons is not good: for a piece of bread that man will
transgress. Proverbs 28:21

He that rebuketh a man afterwards shall find more favour than he that flattereth
with the tongue. Proverbs 28:23

A wicked doer giveth heed to false lips; and a liar giveth ear to a naughty tongue.

Oppression

The prince that wanteth understanding is also a great oppressor: but he that hateth
covetousness shall prolong his days. Proverbs 28:16

Excellent speech becometh not a fool: much less do lying lips a prince.

For the transgression of a land many are the princes thereof: but by a man of
understanding and knowledge the state thereof shall be prolonged. Proverbs 28:2

Also to punish the just is not good, nor to strike princes for equity. Proverbs 17:26

Gifts

Many will intreat the favour of the prince: and every man is a friend to him that
giveth gifts. Proverbs 19:6

A gift is as a precious stone in the eyes of him that hath it: whithersoever it
turneth, it prospereth. Proverbs 17:8

A wicked man taketh a gift out of the bosom to pervert the ways of judgment.
Proverbs 17:23

He that is greedy of gain troubleth his own house; but he that hateth gifts shall
live. Proverbs 15:27

Wrath

The king's wrath is as the roaring of a lion; but his favour is as dew upon the grass.
Proverbs 19:12

The king's favour is toward a wise servant: but his wrath is against him that
causeth shame. Proverbs 14:35

A man of great wrath shall suffer punishment: for if thou deliver him, yet thou must
do it again. Proverbs 19:19

A wrathful man stirreth up strife: but he that is slow to anger appeaseth strife.
Proverbs 15:18

He that is slow to wrath is of great understanding: but he that is hasty of spirit


exalteth folly. Proverbs 14:29

Righteous

The heart of the righteous studieth to answer: but the mouth of the wicked poureth
out evil things. Proverbs 15:28

The LORD is far from the wicked: but he heareth the prayer of the righteous.
Proverbs 15:29

The light of the eyes rejoiceth the heart: and a good report maketh the bones fat.
Proverbs 15:30

For the upright shall dwell in the land, and the perfect shall remain in it. Proverbs
2:21

The merciful man doeth good to his own soul: but he that is cruel troubleth his own

Wicked

When the wicked rise, men hide themselves: but when they perish, the righteous
increase. Proverbs 28:28

An evil man seeketh only rebellion: therefore a cruel messenger shall be sent
against him.

The wicked flee when no man pursueth: but the righteous are bold as a lion.
Proverbs 28:1

The wicked is snared by the transgression of his lips: but the just shall come out of
trouble. Proverbs 12:13

The house of the wicked shall be overthrown: but the tabernacle of the upright shall
flourish. Proverbs 14:11

When righteous men do rejoice, there is great glory: but when the wicked rise, a
man is hidden. Proverbs 28:12

An ungodly witness scorneth judgment: and the mouth of the wicked devoureth
iniquity. Proverbs 19:28

Evil men understand not judgment: but they that seek the LORD understand all
things. Proverbs 28:5

But the wicked shall be cut off from the earth, and the transgressors shall be rooted

The righteous shall never be removed: but the wicked shall not inhabit the

Enemy

Whoso robbeth his father or his mother, and saith, It is no transgression; the same
is the companion of a destroyer. Proverbs 28:24

Whoso keepeth the law is a wise son: but he that is a companion of riotous men
shameth his father. Proverbs 28:7

A foolish son is the calamity of his father: and the contentions of a wife are a
continual dropping. Proverbs 19:13

He that wasteth his father, and chaseth away his mother, is a son that causeth
shame, and bringeth reproach. Proverbs 19:26

He that begetteth a fool doeth it to his sorrow: and the father of a fool hath no joy,

A fool despiseth his father's instruction: but he that regardeth reproof is prudent.
