Venue were not suitable for some event because of the place constraint, climate condition,
in case of accident health care provider is not tangible, some equipments were not avaible due
to many circumstances. Senior High School student age must be lift also, so that they will be able to play in the city meet, s
o f the learners wanted to play but because of the age discrepancy they are discouraged.
