VACANCY CIRCULAR - 1/2013

Applications are invited from eligible officials for filling up of following


posts on deputation basis in the Office of the Development Commissioner, AP SEZ,
Visakhapatnam.

Interested Officers willing to opt for deputation may apply through proper channel
within sixty days in the prescribed proforma along with the following documents :-

(i) Complete and upto-date CRs for the last five years in original or attested Photostat
copy thereof.
(ii) Integrity and Vigilance Clearance Certificate.
(iii) Details of minor/major penalties imposed during last 10 years. If no penalties
have been imposed, it should be stated.

3. Applications received after the last date or without CRs and other relevant documents
or otherwise found incomplete will not be considered.

4. The appointment will be on transfer on deputation basis. The terms and conditions of
deputation will be in accordance with DoPT OM No.6/8/2009-Estt. (Pay II), dated the 17th
June 2010, as amended from time to time or have his/her pay fixed in the scale of the post.
Experience and qualifications required for the post & Bio-data proforma are indicated
in the Annexures.

5. Officials who volunteer for the post will not be permitted to withdraw their names later.

ANNEXURE

1. Assistant Development Commissioner (Group-B Gazetted)

Eligibility:- Officers of the Central/State Governments/PSUs:


(a) (i) holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or
Department; or
(ii) with three years regular service in the pay scale of Rs.5500-175-9000
(Pre-revised) or equivalent in the parent cadre or department or
(iii) six years regular service in the pay scale of Rs.5000-150-8000 (Pre-
revised) or equivalent in the parent cadre or department or

(b) Possessing two years experience in the field of Industrial Development or


Foreign Trade.

2. Section Officer (Accounts): (Group B Non-Gazetted):-


Eligibility for deputation:-
Officers under the Central/State government/PSUs:
(a) (i) holding analogous posts on regular basis; or
(ii) with 3 years regular service in the posts in the pay scale of
Rs.5000-8000 (Pre-revised) or equivalent or

(b) Possessing any one of following qualifications:


(i) A pass in the Subordinate accounts service or equivalent examination conducted by
any of the organized Accounts Department of the Central Government.

(ii) Successful completion of training in Cash, Accounts work conducted by


Institute of Secretariat Training and Management or equivalent; and
iii) possessing 3 years experience of Cash, Accounts and Budget work.

3) Stenographer Grade-III:-

Officials of Central/State Government/PSUs:-


(a)(i) Holding analogous post on regular basis; or
(ii) Lower Division Clerks with eight years regular service in the pay scale
of Rs.3050-75-3950-804590 (Pre-revised)
(b) Possessing a speed of 80 words per minute in English shorthand and
30words per minute in English typewriting and knowledge in word
Processing.
( c ) Knowledge in word processing.
