VICTORY.

The word unity is derived from the word unit which means one. Simply, we can
call a nation united when all the people of that particular nation have same
beliefs, ideas, and thoughts and they work together with peace and harmony.
We all know that unity is strength; it is one of the essential components of a
strong nation. Great things can be achieved if there is unity among the people.
Similarly, the Muslims need unity. It is very important for Muslims to have unity
among them. This can lift them higher. It can make them progress.
Muslims need to work together with loyalty, patriotism, and spirit of hard work
so that they can make their economy strong. If Muslims trade among each other
and work for welfare, this can help in building strong economy.
Apart from this, unity can save the Muslims from enemy attacks. A single person
can be easily distracted or attacked. But a large group of people are hard to
overcome. In the same way, Muslims must stay together with love and
sympathy, they should avoid minor disputes and quarrels so that theyll be
strong and no other nation would be able to attack or overcome them.
In past, Muslims were superior and prosperous due to unity and understanding.
But now they have split apart due to which other nations are overtaking them.

Unity has much significance and if Muslims unite again, work together, and
ignore minor disagreements, they can regain their position.
 Muslim Unity
The unity of Muslims the world over is the need of the hour. Only unity can bring them the
glory that the world of Islam once enjoyed. Theirs will then be a third world bloc that may be
as powerful as the capitalistic bloc or individual world powers like Communist China.

Muslims should be united in the religious field. Their belief in God and the Quran is the true
basis for their unity.They should not allow the differences of sects to affect it. The Muslims
in all corners of the world have the same aims- to live a good life in the world and to have a
better life in the next.

The Muslim countries should try to make join arrangements for their defense. Almost all of
them are surrounded by powerful enemies. They can become a world power if they all come
to have a joint defense system.

Muslims will have to make tremendous scientific progress to become a big military
power.They need great scientists who can invent new weapons of war.They need modern
science laboratories where they can carry out advanced scientific research.However,for this
they should have scientific education of the highest order.

The Muslim countries should co-operate in the economic field as much as possible.It means
that they should have common industrial and trade policies.One Muslim country may easily
use the capital or funds of another richer country for setting up factories and industrial
plants.The raw materials of one country can easily be used in another.

Politically, the Muslim countries should have common policies.They should support each
other in world bodies like the United Nations(UN). They should offer full support to a country
that has a dispute with another country outside the Muslim world.

Muslims may have a world Organization like the UN,Or they may have a Commonwealth of
Muslim States.A secretariat of Muslim States is no doubt functioning.It arranges summits or
conferences of Muslim States in central Muslim cities.It also tries to bring them closer in the
political,economic and cultural fields.Yet,there should be a more powerful central Muslim
organization with wider powers to bring their disputes or wars to an end.

The people of one Muslim country should try to learn the language of another.There should
be a free exchange of scholars,writers,teachers,scientists and students .The
radio,television,films,newspapers and magazines can play a useful role in bringing Muslims
closer.

The Muslim world is chockfull of rage at injustices both real and imagined. Now
that we finally have some minimal face-time in the mass media, we have a long
list of grievances which we wish to make known.

The "Satanic West" and "Evil Israel" feature prominently in our tirades. The
former is hated mostly because of colonial-era grudges and the colonial legacy.
Of course, everyone knows that before the colonial period Muslims were Allahs
gift to the planet disseminating the seeds of wisdom, tolerance and progress in
our wake.

In contrast, there are almost two billion Muslims who sit on 70 percent of the
worlds oil, not to mention countless other natural resources. When the history
of this period is written, it will scarcely seem believable that the huge Muslim
nation felt victimized by the tiny Jewish nation. If we are impoverished and
oppressed, it is, first and foremost, our own fault.

While the US government does indeed support the House of Saud, it is not Prince
Bush who sits on the throne. While the Israeli government does indeed oppress
the Palestinians, Jordanians were the ones who occupied their territories from
1948 to 1967, not Israelis.

While the US government supplied arms to the most extreme of the Afghan
mujahideen, American soldiers were not the ones who massacred the Hazaras
in Mazar-e-Sharif. While the US government provided critical support to Saddam
Hussein right through the worst of his atrocities, Iraqi soldiers were the ones
busily gassing Kurds in their north, massacring Shias in their south, invading
Kuwait in their south-west and threatening Jordan to their west, not Americans.

Americans and Israelis do not rule our countries. If our leaders are corrupt sell-
outs, it is up to us to rectify that. There were no Arabs in the vanguard of the
French Revolution. There were no Indonesians fighting alongside the native
American tribes against the European colonists. Similarly, Muslim countries will
not attain salvation by waiting for noble Westerners to solve their problems, or
by constantly complaining and asking for more aid, investment and visas.
 Importance Of Muslim Unity

Muslim of the whole world are passing through a very critical and hard period
now a days. The need for Muslim unity now is greater than at any other time.
After the trade tower blast on ninth September the Muslim are suspicious in the
eyes of the western countries. Every Muslim in the west is now critically watched
as if he is a terrorist. The Muslim countries were facing sanction, restriction and
difficulties and the hand of western super powers, now.

This is a time for Muslim of the whole world to get united with each other. Unity
is strenght. This unity will have great fruit in the future. It will help the Muslim
countries to make progress in different field. Their will be strong. It will also
strengthen their different needs. They will stand as strong nation before, the
world. And the western powers will consider the Muslim and Muslim countries
will respect and regard. It is high time that all the leader of the Muslim countries
should sit together and think about this important matter. Otherwise one by one
Muslim country will become a target of aggressive by America. the need is that
Muslim countries should solve their differences and help each other in the
progress. Then they can stand at their own, not at the mercy of the west. Off
course unity is strenght.
