Terms & Conditions


1. Flats will be reserved for a period of 30 days from the date of reservation of property. The total
dues towards the flat have to be paid by the purchaser within 30 days.
2. In case of purchaser is opting for housing finance he shall submit the sanction letter issued by
the bank / housing finance institution alongwith his own contribution within 15 days of
reservation of flat.
3. In case of delay in payments due towards the flat beyond 30 days delay payment charges will
be applicable from the date of reservation.
4. In the case of such defaults in terms, we shall be at liberty to cancel the reservation of the flat.
The property will be kept open for sale and DPC @ 24% will be accumulated till it gets sold to
new customer. After selling the property, accounting will be done. The balance amount after
deducting the rate difference and DPC will be refunded to you.
5. Call letter and demand letters will be issued by us only after the date of Allotment of the flat or
on execution of Agreement to Sale. Allotment letter shall be issued only upon receipt of all dues
till the date of allotment.
