unit has been completely assembled. Open the hardware package. To speed up assembly,
‘group the nuts, bolts, screws and washers according to size or length. You will need two
adjustable wrenches and a phillips. screwdriver.
Note: In the following steps, do not tighten any of the bolts at this time. Install each bolt when
instructed to, but only hand tighten them.
STEP 2: Locate the BASE FRAME (1 ) and place it at the center of your workout area. Measure 48
inches in all directions from the end of the BASE FRAME as shown in the figure. This circle is
the workout area required to fully use all the available stations of this gym. Place the BASE
EXTENSION (2 ) and the BASE CROSS BEAM (3 ) as shown and attach it to the BASE
FRAME ( 1 ) with two sets of 3/8" HARDWARE [PARTS (4 ), (5 ), AND (6 ) |. At this point
you can place the FOOT PLATE ( 7 ) in place and attach them to the BASE EXTENSION ( 2 )
with two sets of 3/8" HARDWARE [PARTS (34), (5 ), AND (6 ) ]. make sure all the base frame

UPRIGHT (9)STEP 7: the PRESS/PEC FRAME (27) has two vertical beams and one bottom cross beam. where the
vertical beams meet bottom beam there is a small plate with a notch. This is the front of the
PRESSIPEC FRAME. Place this side away from the UPRIGHT.
Insert 25mmx50mm PLUGS (28) into the top both of the beams of the PRESS/PEC FRAME.
Lift this up to the TOP FRAME so that the holes with the large bushings line up as close as
possible (the TOP FRAME should have two1/2" BUSHINGS installed). A second person will
lubricate the1/2" x6" BOLT (30), and slide it through one side of the PRESS/PEC FRAME.
IF you have difficuity inserting the BOLT by hand, use a small rubber mallet to top on the end of.
the BOLT. Do not use a metal hammer. A metal hammer will damage the BOLT. (If a mallet is
unavaiiable, use a thick piece of wood to protect the bolt and while resting the wood on the end
of the BOLT tap lightly with a hammer.) Use the mallet only until a/2" NUT can be placed on
the far side.
‘Thread the NUT on the bolt and turn the NUT in order to pull the BOLT into position. Tighten
the NUT until the PRESS/PEC SUPPORT swings smoothly but does not rock back and forth.
