In these listed legal conditions, all references to whichever statute or statutory provision shall be deemed to include references to
whichever statute or statutory provision which amends, extends, consolidates or replaces the same and shall include whichever
orders, regulations codes of practice, instruments or other subordinate legislation made hereunder and whichever conditions
attaching thereto.
CONFIDENTIALITY
The (side B) and whichever Beneficiary is not with no good reason claim that the lowest price available in the market is the realistic
market price.
GENERAL
The civil liberties and remedies provided in the Contract are cumulative and not exclusive of whichever civil liberties or remedies
provided by the general law, or by whichever other contract or document. In this provision general law includes the law of a country
other than England, and right includes whichever power, privilege, remedy, or proprietary or security interest.
The expression (side A) is used to identify the seller or other supplier of the goods under the contract.
Force Majeure is dealt with at clause ____. Clause ____ defines those events which will activate the Force Majeure clause.
The Concern Parties agree to the abovementioned listed legal conditions. In witness whereof, the concern sides hereto set their
