PERFORMANCE OF SERVICES
The (side B) may, where necessary, require the (side A) to set up and maintain appropriate policies, rules, procedures
and quality standards in relation to the employment of his own staff whilst carrying out their duties in relation to the
Contract at the Location. This shall include, but not be limited to, disciplinary and grievance procedures. The (side A)
shall provide the (side B) and whichever Beneficiary with copies of such policies, rules, procedures and quality
standards (and shall promptly inform the (side B) and whichever Beneficiary of whichever amendments to such
documents).
PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT
Each Performance Notice issued by the (side B) or the Beneficiary shall include a proposed rebate of the Contract
Price commensurate to the under-performance of the (side A) as recorded in the Performance Notice.
EMPLOYEES
The (side A) shall procure that all potential staff or persons perform whichever of the Services during the Contract
Period who may reasonably be expected in the course of their employment or engagement to have access to children
or other vulnerable persons and/or access to persons receiving clinical services and/or medical services.
The Concern Parties agree to the abovementioned listed legal conditions. In witness whereof, the concern sides
hereto set their hands as of the date first written above.
