These necessities may be varied only by the printed contract of the (Purchaser).

No terms or conditions put onward

at whichever time by the (Supplier) shall figure whichever part of the contract unless primarily established in writing
by the (Purchaser).

INDEMNITY AND INSURANCE

with no bigotry to whichever civil liberties or remedies of the (Purchaser) as well as the (Purchaser)'s civil liberties
and remedies under Condition ____ hereof the (Supplier) shall cover the (Purchaser) and the Crown against all
actions, suits, claims, demands, losses, charges, costs and expenses which the (Purchaser) or the Crown may suffer
or incur as a result of or in connection with whichever damage to property or in respect of whichever injury whether
fatal or otherwise to whichever person which may result directly or indirectly from whichever defect in the Goods or
the negligent or wrongful act or omission of the (Supplier).

DISCRIMINATION
The (Supplier) is not illegally distinguish either directly or obliquely on such grounds as race, color, ethnic or national
origin, disability, sex or sexual orientation, religion or belief, or age and with no prejudice to the generality of the
abovementioned the (Supplier).

OFFICIAL SECRET ACTS, PRIVACY, AND ACCESS TO GOVERNMENT INFORMATION

The (Supplier) undertakes to stand and buy that the (Supplier)s employees abide by the provisions of the Official
Secrets Acts ____.

TERMINATION ON SUPPLIERS INSOLVENCY

with no prejudice to whichever other civil liberties or remedies of the (Purchaser) under the Contract the (Purchaser)
shall have the right forthwith to terminate the Contract by written notice to the (Supplier) or the suitable trustee in
bankruptcy or seizure, receiver, liquidator or administrator.
PATENTS, INFORMATION AND COPYRIGHT
It shall be a condition of the Contract, except to the extent that the Goods incorporate designs furnished by the
(Purchaser), that nothing done by the (Supplier) in the provision of the Goods shall infringe whichever patent, Deal
mark, registered design, copyright or other right in the nature of intellectual property of whichever third side and the
(Supplier) shall cover the (Purchaser) and the Crown against all actions, claims, demands, costs and expenses which
the (Purchaser) or the Crown may suffer or incur as a result of or in connection with whichever breach of this
Condition.

SUPPLEMENTARY NOTICE

PROTECTING THE ENVIRONMENT

(Supplier)s to the National Library of _____________ are requested to satisfy themselves that no product will be
supplied or used in the Supply of Goods to the (Purchaser) which will endanger the health of the consumers or
others, will cause significant damage to the environment during manufacture.

LATE PAYMENT OF INVOICES

invoices to, in the first instance, the addressee of the invoice and, in the second instance to, _____________.
