You appear to be a great researcher and familiar with FOIA and government
documentation.

Have you heard about Targeted Individuals, I mean the kind that goes by TI. There
are 3 definitions which confuses the situation. Police target individuals for
investigations (prolific offenders). Criminals target each other for competition.
Often police or criminal minded people will think I am associating with those 2
types of targeted individuals when Im talking about a new phenomenon. So when
talking usually we just say TI as it makes it clearer that were not a criminal to
the cops and robbers. Were actually targeted by criminals who stole this
technology from classified environments. These are treasonous enemies of the
country and the planet as far as I can see. Be careful to clarify if talking to
groups of people or to authorities or gangsters. Both authorities and gangsters
would protect TIs if they knew the truth. The problem is that Targeted
Individuals are targeted by advanced and currently classified technology. These
revolutionaries acquired this technology from the government and the theft is most
likely due to the amazing power these technologies give you. It is like the
invisibility ring in Lord of the Rings, it is too powerful to not abuse it.
Further complicating the issue is that you may thing why dont I go to the police
or explain to the doctors what Im showing you today neither will even entertain
the idea that its possible. To a doctor this is classic illness but its a real
thing and nothing to do with mental illness, which I should state I do not have any
other than minor depression, although since I became a TI 3 years ago Id say now I
suffer from major depression. Most TIs are considered mentally ill due to the
fact these technologies make it impossible to 1) determine who is doing it to you
2) talk to anybody about it without being told to go to a doctor which is forced
medication which doesnt work and more abuse youre ill from doctors and educated
individuals or those in power like police officers and government officials all
totally ignore you often laughing about what you are trying to tell them.. .
People using this abusive and advanced technology against TIs are intentionally
tricking the victim into every symptom. A TI can tell you how to make someone
appear to have every symptom of illness since we know how it was done to us and
that is dramatically different than the answers a genuine schizophrenic would give.
Be aware many mentally ill people and drug addicts are targeted because they make
very easy targets that are already not credible and ignored. TIs know the
technology being used and can explain what is done to cause any person to act or
behave or seem delusional often we are tricked by the technology or we cannot
find a better explanation than the crazy one we came up with the simplest
explanation to each of our problems (who is doing this, why are they doing it, how
are they doing it) is itself insane idea but its the only thing that can explain
what we are going through and each TI is targeted by different people so its a
different solution we all come to. Some say Satanist running the shadow government
or aliens or angels or dead people or the CIA the FBI the police whoever it is, the
mayor in one town had targeted somebody, and in my case a rapist who raped and
murdered my friend 3 years ago. Be patient knowing a TI knows if they have illness
or not, a person with illness is to be cared for more since if they are TI it is so
much more difficult for them but they can be less useful to getting accurate
information to combat this problem. Also some TIs are not TIs they are in
disguise and there to make the rest of us look crazy, they will either harass us or
they will pretend to be us and make ridiculous claims further hiding the truth.

Ill explain soon but now I will tell you what these advanced technologies are and
provide some credible source so you can know it does exist and is very dangerous.
We have scientists that worked on these projects and we have TIs being interviewed
by these scientists so were getting close to this making it mainstream and forcing
the government to investigate and protect the rest of us while there is time left.
There is no bigger threat to our freedom today than these secret technologies.
Your freedom of thought is at risk. The most dangerous invention since that of the
gun and is more powerful than any gun since you cannot shoot those you cannot find.
Its also easy to push somebody to go postal with these technologies, I never could
hurt another or kill myself but with the constant pressure akin to Chinese water
torture on the victim (myself) 24 hours a day no matter where you go or who you
turn to you are eventually drained of resistance, patience and will to live or
prevent harm disappears. You would do anything to get it to stop, I reacted pretty
badly but there are things that cause the abuse to get worse and other things cause
it to go away. The people using the technology on me have said in past something
like ha ha I hope he stabs somebody or gets a gun hes going to jail today I
know it just keep bugging him "[name...] youre going to the hospital
today/tomorrow/Saturday whatever. This is a threat to national security,
specifically financial and economic security is gravely at risk of already being
undermined. Critical people that work producing economic indicators must keep
their information secret until time of publication or else insider trading would
occur and some people would get rich always predicting the markets ahead of time up
to dozens of times per day. Our government appears to be clueless. The
revolutionaries are loaded with unlimited funds and TIs know this, it takes a
while but after being shocked beyond words several times you expect that anything
can happen. In essence this technology is the most amazing development since
invention of the computer and internet. It fascinates me and I never would imagine
I would experience such a thing way before everyone else even if it is a sad thing
to be a TI is to lose your life and be murdered while nobody cares. Most of the
science is readily available to read about public research so the classified stuff
is about 20 years ahead. Very recently the brain was studied with massive
resources due to sonogenetics and optogenetics huge potential (read about how this
was discovered wow cool stuff). We now know what almost every single neuron does
and can do things like view out the persons eyes with a simple brain scan, we can
see which words a person is thinking or what they are hearing,, writing or
imagining. The brain scan can tell you where they plan to go or what they are
going to do. I believe this was started by Obamas BRAIN initiative but did not
source that yet. Essentially our brains, wetware as hackers call it, has just
become the least secure computers on the planet. Top Secret classification is the
highest level and is the 3rd level of classification in most 1st world countries.
This is information stored only on paper and never on a computer. It exists in
secure vaults and is transported around by armed guards. If this information were
to become public the number of lives lost would be enormous thats how they
classify it. Risk assessments are done by security analysts whenever this
information is transported. Private and government agents can be tasked to acquire
these types of secrets by robbery and the risk for different information varies.
That information is now most easily obtained by targeting the human being and not
the physical copy. People can be TIs but they are protected by the conspirators
that target people and never know themselves they are targeted. These targets that
do not know it are people that have valuable information in their brains and real
time its extracted from them and ex-filtrated back to where it can be analyzed and
used. It takes time to prepare the technology when a new TI is made so once a
person is targeted none want to switch Tis in case this one is fired gets sick or
dies. TIs who know they are targeted are ones that have no use for extraction of
information. To free up resources they are killed accidentally, jailed for life or
certified and ignored or institutionalized if the target complains about being
assaulted by imaginary people who I presume become very visible after
certification. The least secure computer on the planet is now the human brain.
Canada has no idea ok. Mind Reading Technology is the driving factor and the
threat is enormous however the perpetrators (the enemy, the conspirators, the
treasonous revolutionaries) use all their power to label TIs as mentally ill.
Its not hard and the conspiracy is seemingly quite large and reaches all levels of
our society from street urchins who have no idea who they are supporting or how to
business leaders and wealthy aristocrats who regularly screw foreign agent
provocateurs for a creative example the fact is there is no person and no
institution these people cannot touch. So when I come up with an idea how to solve
this problem who to write and what to do about something immediately their
counter attack can begin even before I started. With massive funds almost anything
is possible and that is what I experience a not believable world where things are
not happening like they should its strange and sometimes awe inspiring but its
very dangerous and the government needs to do several things immediately before
more of us die and are marginalized. 50% of Canadians will die of cancer. Cancer
is caused by simple radiation. This technology, all 3 of them are based on
radiation..

So Mind Reading Technology is the first of several technologies used against TIs.
I used to think it was just a trick, that my fellow TIs were deluded or tricked
into believing something so ridiculous. I was halfway through the multi-stages of
being a TI well documented on some youtube videos by TIs I now consider credible.
And I was going to save them all by finding the trick of mind reading and
explaining it to the thousands of other TIs on the planet who were way more
experienced as they had been targeted before I was. The TIs that know mind
reading is real are the TIs I most believe are the real deal, if theyre not mind
read and are not sure they are TIs then they could be ill. A TI knows they are a
TI, and this is the kind of TI that is tortured abused and murdered or certified
for being useless and non compliant with the demands given to them by these fake
authorities. I was in denial for a long time. That was in early days when I also
had no idea about the existence of the second dangerous weapon used against TIs
anonymous remote communications that is basically called many things because its
unknown which of several technologies is actually the one being used: v2k, voice to
skull, synthetic telepathy, silent thought, acoustic hailing/sound-laser devices.
When I first ran into this I always ran towards the source of sound to find out who
spoke and there was ALWAYS somebody there so it was not magic and sound travels far
sometimes in the wind all sorts of things happen to sound waves. I was in denial
and sometimes accusing these strangers I found near the source of the sound as
being the criminal harassment I experienced. The third dangerous weapon that is
used against Tis - particularly when they are non-compliant is Directed Energy
Weapons, DEW. Some TIs have died with burns on their bodies, most experience it
as a ping sound that can be initiated at the press of some button somewhere.
Its also experienced as a warming sensation suspected to be microwave and could be
aimed or directed at specific parts of the victims bodies so precisely by x-Ray
imaging. Also one other very common experience is a prickling feeling that to most
TIs is quite painful and when they do it to me, if its even the same thing, is a
mild itch or poke that is easily ignored. I sometimes hear them complain that why
isnt he reacting its on it should hurt. When the people using these advanced
technologies (we call them Perps, which stands for perpetrators, since they is
frowned upon by psychiatrists). I used to joke to my perpetrators that if they
really want to kill people or make somebody go postal they should just go to an
annual convention of psychiatry and spill the beans. The horror will cause some of
them to actually develop mental illnesses as it is only a paranoid delusional
person that could think this and that it must be a psychopath paranoid delusional
person that invented the whole revolution and its sick, they need to be found and
jailed for life. These people do not respect the law, I have witnessed against
myself and others dozens of criminal doze violations up to 1000 infractions from
assault to solicit to join terror organizations and murder. Tell psychiatrists all
together with proof all about the Mind Reading Conspiracy and how they used voice
to skull technologies to get TIs killed, jailed, or permanently certified and
finally institutionalized. The meds slow a non sick person down so its harder to
cope with the assault. This I imagine would cause the most revered profession to
go into disarray with psychiatrists boarding up their windows at home hoarding guns
and becoming paranoid and probably delusional due to hysteria. I suspect a few
would shoot themselves and others would renounce the profession and many would move
to a new country, isolated locations or a place they believe to be sane and safer.
Psychiatrists that remained would demand the government immediately take measures
to detect this technology and investigate all TIs and the perpetrators identity.
If the extent of what is going on were known to the people, the government would be
held up for corruption or incompetence, there are no other options The government
works for the people, we all too often forget and treat the government like they
are some sort of ruling class. This is simply not the case in our current
democracy and when you have an employee they must do as they are told and letter
writing will help our cause, especially if the people writing the letters are good
at it and not targeted since we all sound crazy as were in a constant daily hourly
argument with a bunch of murderous psychopaths. The government must protect us
against this technology and if it doesnt well not only lose our personal lives
but the country cannot survive. The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, the
UN International Charter of Rights and Freedoms, the Information act, the Privacy
Act let alone the criminal code are all as good as toilet paper to the people using
this technology, tjey do not respect these internationally agreed and sound
principles of law because our legal system would prevent this technology from being
used against anybody unwillingly. Not only must the government investigate but it
should be ordering psychiatrists to withhold their prognosis from patients who
claim they are TIs we should not have to listen to abuse from our stalkers and
then go to a doctor and tell them the truth instead of lying - and get the same
abuse as the criminal harassment we hear every day ha ha youre schizophrenic
must have been said to me a thousand or more times in 3 years. So doctors cannot
tell these people they are schitzphrenic because if they claim they are TIs and
are ertain of it, they really are, everybody else is not sure they want to know how
to detect its obvious, there are TIs that are unaware their minds are beingread
but when I refer to TIs I do not mean them because they dont seem mentally ill
they are not abused or tortured and no crime other than theft of their thoughts is
done against them. So if you have TI problems, its about a 5 stage process and
ends in death by energy weapons its 100% obvious, it even has something called
overt stalking which is stalking that doesnt hide from you. Too much to explain
today but I could go through it with you anytime on my Facebook group for Targeted
Individuals Canada which I moderate and estimate about 50 TIs and about 250
supporters currently. The stages come from a TI who existed on YouTube and did
some excellent explanation of the whole process which I got ahold of somewhere in
the middle. At that time he still had not got to the purpose or meaning or
identity of the perpetrators but he felt it was something special and good so he
may not have experienced as much abuse as I have. Not all TIs are harassed or
murdered. Ive had over 300 death threats and worse. I have a woman from Ontario
complaining her stalker talks to her sexually and reads her mind to talk to her
when she is doing private things. She thinks her mother has something to do with
it and some Russian but shes been targeted since she was a teenager. Thepeople
doing this are sick predators and need to be stopped. My main perp calls himself
Malosophy and threatens to rape me its disgusting. Especially if I have sex or
something intimate he is there to talk and its DISGUSTING, especially so because
Im not gay and he wont leave me alone. Hes here right now and if I wanted I
could talk to him, never do I get privacy and it makes you want to vomit for 3
years imagine. Parliament hill shooter might have been targeted. Myron May shot
up a library in I think Florida was a TI who was working for the crown prosecution
as a lawyer.

Please investigate this and speak the truth to power that our government is
required to protect the citizens or it could be found to be complicit, incompetent
or corrupted and the only option after government acknowledgement of the facts and
refusal to act is that the government is no longer following the laws and rights of
citizens. If Judges do not issue injunctions it would erode trust and leave no
other option but another visible and open civil war. I believe this to be a
revolution currently taking place and the perpetrators need to be found as they are
committing treason and are involved in a conspiracy to hide this technology and
their planned circumvention of all the laws and theft of trade secrets and secret
economic information for the purposes of insider trading. The revolutionaries may
have already acquired enough power to force the government to inaction. I do not
believe the tide is that far against the people and the real Government of Canada,
by that I mean the government according to all our laws that protect against this,
the laws that will not be followed and TIs experience proof of that with daily
criminal harassment the crime of unwanted communications to the point their ears
sometimes burn and they become aggravated and start streaming at the perpetrators
or at the direction their soundlaser came from. I am writing you because I
believe there is a lot of hope to prevent this doomsday scenario for our society
a culture of utopia or oblivion, if the perpetrators win then we will live in a
world where the possibilities are less than endless, less than thet were yesterday
because we have a ruling elite hidden behind this technology that would govern us
without our knowledge. Mind reading is that powerful and wed be unaware of it if
civilians didnt develop the technology eventually. According to history
classified tech is about 20 years ahead of the public stuff so at tops 20 years
civilian technology will have tools to prevent and detect the perpetrators on their
own. To me it is unacceptable to wait 20 years for an investigation -= like what
happened when a judge forced the RCMP to investigate MK ULTRA in Canada in the 70s
even though the crimes were from the 50s what good does that do to those of us
who were tortured and murdered long before our time. Already the damage to my life
is profound, to my psyche I do not believe I can recover to who I was before this
trauma and its ongoing, today right now, every day for every one of us. We
risk losing our free and democratic system the laws which make our countries
great are not followed and not respected by the mind reading conspirators their
very actions are prohibited by common sense and decency. I refuse to live within a
system ruled by hidden despots running around with advanced technology and giving
themselves immunity from the law as well as secrecy so as to perpetuate their
totalitarian rule of our democracy forever. There is also a risk that the
technology involves mind writing already, and if it does not it will eventually
its a short step away to write to the brain as it is to read. Already neural mesh
is what can be injected to both read and write neurons. Neural dust is one of four

scientist Dr Robert Duncan explain these technologies as I have experienced them
and when I found his lectures and interviews it was an enormous relief but there is
a long way to go yet. We need laws to protect citizens about mind reading and we
need those laws well thought out before mind writing begins. This should include
measures to detect and arrest perpetrators, or were in deep trouble. This threat
cannot be understated and we need to write MPs, the RCMP Federal, CSIS report a
threat to national security, the ombudsman for victims of crime and for each
province, provincial government constuents as well as the Department of National
Security, DoD, Department of Justice, Department of Education, Department of
Finance (remember mind reading the foreign exchange rate as the head bankers who go
to work knowing the change that will be announced later in the day). If one is
mind read they cannot keep a password or PIN secret from the enemy and this is
used against the targets to disrupt their work or make a 5 minute task take hours
among other sinister reasons passwords are stolen from targets. The theft of
secrets that lead to market speculation with insider information by these outsiders
must have already given revenues in the millions or multi-millions of dollars (perp
spoke up BILLIONS he says right now) have been robbed already. The money was
robbed from currency traders who did not have this info ahead of time.

Please write the government and demand these victims of crime calling themselves
TIs have their complaints investigated. Also that doctors are told not to further
abuse them by calling them ill since their case may be real and that means calling
them ill is serious compounded abuse delivered from the good guys and the TI is
left with nobody like we have nobody now but ourselves. Until this is sorted
there should not be forced mediccaton on any Tia s that would prevent them from
writing the correct information to the write government gateway person. It would
prevent them from fighting the demands of the perpetyrators and could lead to more
violence as the TI pops. I personally was extremely depressed while I had forced
medications and also felt constantly agitated especially when I was abused by perps
I just had no energy or brain power to respond, its a pitiful situation and is one
the perps prefer compared to when the target is awake and full of energy to fight
they become agitated and angry if I am full of willpower and speak the truth, but
when I am tired knocked out and taking anti-psychotics that do not do anything to
stop the problem I cant do much but absorb their abuse and reflect anger if
anything other than pain and suffer through their sick harassment remember they
support rapists and torture and elimination of our laws and guns. Perps are gross
and its horrible, my story is very sickening and you can come ask me what started
it Ill tell you but right now we need to write to the government and get others to
write to the government with enough letters something might actually change,
other than that our system is probably lost to history. The government must
understand they need to take action ASAP as we have been ignored for far too long,
and people are dead, public shootings are on the rise, and there is no end in
sight. I lost my business, all my family and friends, my health, am ravaged by
stress and PTSD even though the trauma is not POST its still occurring has
never stopped. I relive the abuse without the help of perpetrators I simply need
to be thinking and their abuse is associated with everything.

I am a scientist, a computer scientist and have 15 years of experience and

considered an expert at application architecture. I was running a successful
business but now am doing small contracts self employed. I recently had a contact
which was cut short but was given excessive compliments for my work and ethic my
perps hated how I managed to get some peace and quiet at work and I was paid
industry standard which made it easier to fight back when one has money. More
money I have the easier ti is for me and harder for them to control me. I have no
mental illness and am capable intelligent person how could an intelligent and
moral society make such catastrophic mistakes..

Its been maybe 2 decades now since it started in Canada as I found the earliest
potential TI has his experiences documented on hackcanada.com and were in the 80s
I believe he thinks he was mentally ill but the pattern of harassment during
intimate moments is what caught my eye about his story. Its Cyborg/ASM on

think this can be explained with the fact rapists are very common and psychopath

reply thats not a fucking crime its called CRIMINAL HARASSMENT you bloody

raped my friend 3 years ago and the RCMP said fuck off she was shot dead and then
within weeks I was a TI. (mind reading plus synthetic telepathy) MR ST = MIND

victim and remind their victim about the rape that happened. This is in their
psychology as its control oriented. It was maddening and really angered me so
many times as I could not stop them only travel, if I go fast enough and around
objects like big buildings of cement I can get away from the sound they make but
only temporary as they always catch up. Even if I get on a random bus I only get a
temporary benefit the new city is not full of people that recognize me its like
they are gone and then it starts again I been trough 10 cities in 3 years so I
know what happens when you move; I was promised before I moved to Willow Bunch
(300 people) that I would be left alone finally there were several climax of this
fight where it seemed over they claimed Id be fine just move one more time and the
slander will disappear because the slander they harass you with eventually gets to
real people its scary actually but I moved to Willow Bunch from Moose Jaw and they
were there no different than anywhere else so it was just a lie. Evne recently
they said its over and to move it would be fine, but its the 2nd time they say
that probably more lies. However Im no longer gang-stalked which is awesome, just
sound-laser and mind reading thats all I can tell plus minor radiation effects and
they probably somehow got me fired from work, also they scare me with threats
against me against my documented evidence etc.

So as a scientist I naturally disliked David Icke and Alex Jones. To me its just
entertainment, some crazy people talking about something ridiculous without enough
proof and its just a waste of brain. Anyways the other day I hit infowars on
youtube and watched an Alex Jones program, partway through Dr John Hall was on
there talking about the several women being stalked and harassed by a rapist
thats my problem too its seriously bad. And the 60 gay guys in Florida talking
about some lady named Lisa well funny that my stalkers have been talking about LISA
for a long time, shes associated with LISA REGINA OPTICAL ILLUSION VIRTUAL REALITY
AND MCIA I have no idea what is that MCIA? Or the rest of it, but every tie they
mention LISA they mentioned the other words. When it started I documented it as
the new harassment words (perp now yelling no you didnt what a weirdo honestly
I deal with this asshole and his friends every day all day) So I documented when
it started but it was in Calgary and I found it refreshing although weird because
previous to those words the harassment was way worse and disgusting as far as I
could tell LISA Regina Optical Illusion Virtual Reality and MCIA were just harmless
and meaningless words. So it was nice change but I could never figure out why they
keep mentioning these things to me and wanted me to mention them tried to train
me to say them when something happends like X speak this one like keywords. For
example if someone mentions Lisa I was told to say MCIA every time and it would
call the mind reading police to come and rescue her as she was kidnapped. Now I
wonder since I dont know any Lisas does that have anything to do with the 60
gay guys in Florida all complaining about a Lisa in their heads? Im not gay but
it is possible to be the same Lisa considering Im a TI and the perps seem to go
around and bring information back and forth they have spoken several things I
could not have possibly known not even a clue and as usual I think they are lying
and then its turned out to be true, something that was not possible to guess
with Dora stuff has gone back and forth so her harassment was affected by mine and
mine by hers after we chatted the first time.. Shes optimistic that her implant
or whatever forces the perps to listen to her, they cant turn her off she says.
I thought it was so funny because I can look at it that way and sure enough it is
like they can turn me off but Im sure they can, I had another perp here once for
several months and she was a good person and always told me the truth instead of
the lies like the other perps. I believe they killed her because shes not here
anymor9e and there was a woman who promised to be with me through the whole thing
she said until the end dont worry Ill be here and if it gets bad Ill kill ya put
you out of your misery which I took as a joke. She warned me before she
disappeared not to listen to them (malosophy and his cultists) that they had left a
bloody crime scene that would make me puke if she showed me the crime scene photos
so never trust them do not go with them. She also told me they can all turn off
the mind reader because sometimes they abuse me by pretending I wont shut up when
Im only thinking, Im not speaking just thinking and they cry and whine youre
harassing us stop talking and no we cant turn it off ever see someone go red
with anger yeah, it is very bad what they do to TIs. . There are many examples
of proof that its not a group hallucination and its really happening, but still
no change from government, no reply, no police action, no doctors are budging one
bit and every minute with a psychiatrist is dangerous for the TI to be sedated
hospitalized or put as ward of the state certified. Perps told Dora theyd murder
her and blame me. Perps also told me every Dora was a fake TI. Its just never-
ending lies and tricks to make me delusional if I believe them but the TIs can
be trusted. She gets a whole different set of harassment words, her reason for
being a TI is something different, and shes got different health effects than I
do. She also seemed way farther along in the process than I was and her case
seemed experimental but lately she has experienced what I do not anymore the
harassment and stalking she may be confusing the v2k with stalking as its so
hard to tell but its weird she is getting heavy harassment while mine has gotten
more tame and back when I was being heavily harassed and gangs talked she was well
into mind reading and v2k so hers seems to have taken a step backwards. Anyways
not important but these are the kinds of people that fall under the TI umbrella.
