 1. PROPOSITO
Este documento explica la forma del comisionamiento basico del equipo 7210 SAS-E
Service Access Switch Alcatel-Lucent en donde se realiza la carga de software al
equipo.

Este documento explica paso a paso el proceso de arranque cuando se inicia por
primera vez el equipo.

2. REQUISITOS

2.1 Hardware.

Porttil, se recomienda un equipo con el firewall y antivirus desactivado,

con un acceso de puerto serial y puerto Ethernet.

Cable de consola, este cable es proporcionado en la caja del equipo.

Patchcord directo.

2.2 Software

Software servidor FTP o servidor TFTP

Versin de timos equipo 7210 SAS-E

Software para acceso serial (hyperterminal, Putty, CRT, etc.)

3. PROCEDIMIENTO

3.1 Inicializacin del equipo

Utilizando el cable serial conectar el equipo 7210 SAS-E por medio del
puerto de consola al puerto serial del porttil.

Configurar el puerto serial con los parmetros que se muestra en la figura.

Conectar el puerto 1/1/24 del equipo 7210 SAS-E al puerto Ethernet del porttil
mediante el patchcord.

Configurar el puerto Ethernet del porttil con la direccin IP 192.168.1.1/24.

Encender el equipo: Al iniciar el equipo el hyperterminal, putty o CRT mostrar la

siguiente informacin:

Luego de presionar enter se solicitar un password all se debe digitar
password.

Luego se muestra la siguiente informacin.

The location can be on a Compact Flash device,
or on the network.

A continuacin se procede a configurar bof del equipo para que inicie la versin
de timos desde el servidor FTP o TFTP. Durante esta configuracin se
preguntar la direccin de URL donde esta la imagen de timos, la direccin URL
 donde esta la configuracin (para este caso se digita none), luego se escribe edit
y se configura el puerto 1/1/24, luego se digita la direccin IP 192.168.1.3/24,
luego solicita la VLAN all se digita null, posteriormente pregunta por la
configuracin del puerto de uplinkB alli presionamos enter, por ultimo pregunta si
se desea guardar el bof (Do you want to save the new settings? (yes/no): all se
digita y.

Boot Interface Management
-------------------------
You specified a network location for either the
software or the configuration file. You need to,
configure either uplinkA or uplinkB ports.
You will be asked to configure the port number, IP address,
static routes, and VLAN Id for uplink ports.
uplinkA Port Setting

En este paso el equipo 7210 SAS-E y el porttil ya estn configurados, el quipo 7210 SAS-E
iniciara por el bof y en este paso el equipo debe cargar automticamente la versin de timos
que esta alojada en el FTP o TFTP.

Cuando se solicite el login se debe digitar admin y luego se pedir al password,

se debe digitar admin.

En este paso ya se tiene acceso al equipo y la versin de timos esta cargada en
el equipo 7210 SAS-E de manera temporal, a continuacin se debe ejecutar el
siguiente procedimiento para bajar la versin de timos y que esta quede en la
memoria CF1 del equipo 7210 SAS-E, esto permitir que ya no se requiera el
servidor FTP o TFTP para iniciar el equipo cuando se apague o se reinicie.

3.2. Carga de versin de timos al equipo.

Se procede a configurar un servicio IES para lograr conectividad del porttil al

equipo.

Copiar y pegar el la consola del equipo el siguiente script

Para verificar conectividad se debe conectar el porttil al puerto 1/1/1 del equipo
y luego realizar un ping desde el equipo 7210 SAS-E al porttil, ping 192.168.1.1

Abrir una ventana de DOS y hacer un ftp a la direccin 192.168.1.15 luego de
tener acceso se digita hash se da enter y luego bin y se da enter, luego
put bot.tim

Luego, copiar y pegar el siguiente script, este crea una carpeta en la memoria
cf1 del equipo, esta carpeta tendr el nombre de versin de timos (para este
caso 7210-SAS-E-TiMOS-2.0.R2). La carpeta se utilizar para alojar el archivo
both.tim, la carpeta se crea desde la consola (conexin serial) pegando el
siguiente script:

Posteriormente desde la ventana de DOS accesar al equipo 7210 SAS-E
mediante ftp, luego de tener acceso se digita hash se da enter y luego bin y se
da enter, luego se accede la carpeta creada anteriormente.

Luego se procede a pasar el archivo both.tim al equipo digitando el comando
put both.tim.

Se modifica el bof desde lnea de comando (puerto serial) del equipo con el
siguiente script.

Por ultimo desconectar el patchcord del puerto 1/1/24 y reiniciar el equipo

mediante el comando admin reboot
