September 10, 2017 STEPS FOR
HEALING A BROKEN
RELATIONSHIP Mt. 18:15-20
1st. Step
If your brother (sister) sins against
you, go and tell him his fault between
you and him alone.
The encouragement is so clear; we
should learn to put our complaint into
words.
2nd. Step
If he does not listen, take one or
two others along with you
If a private and personal meeting
fails of its purpose, we should take
some wise person or persons with
us.
3rd. Step
If he refuses to listen to them, tell
the Church.
If that still fails, we must take our
personal troubles to the Church to
our Christian fellowship.
4th. Step
Now we will go to the difficult part.
If he refuses to listen even to the
Church, then treat him as you
would a Gentile or a tax collector.
WHAT IS THIS FOR US TODAY?
1st. We need to pray for someone
today,
2nd. We need to give for someone
today and most especially
3rd. We need to forgive for someone
today
September 08, 2017 THERE IS A
PERFECT LOVE INSPITE OF OUR
IMPERFECTION Mt. 1:18-23 The
Birth of the Blessed Virgin Mary
WHAT IS THIS FOR US TODAY?
God is a hard working God but here
we see that He needs help and He
respects our availability.
1st. Thanks to the help and
availability of Mary who became
the Mother of God and our Mother
too. Through her fiat-yes salvation
entered into the whole of creation.
The WORD (Jesus) was made flesh
and He live among us.
2nd. Thanks to the help and
availability of Joseph who became
the Foster Father of Jesus here on
earth and to be the righteous model
of every father in protecting the
dignity of family.
I am begging all the fathers to
protect the dignity of your family.
Let your family becomes the mind
and heart of God here on earth.
I found a paradox; If you love until
it hurts, time will come no more
hurts in the world, only love.
September 03, 2017 THE CROSS
IS NOT TO BE THE END Mt.
16:21-27
It is to be just the beginning!
If you cannot carry your cross your
cross will carry you. (St.
Augustine)
In the face of discouragement,
disappointment, sickness, ingratitude
and failure, our faith response should
not be "Lord, why me?"
Rather learn to say; Lord, be my
strength and my courage.
See, the world is the place for the
cross and the place for the crown is
heaven!
There are three things which a person
must be prepared to do, if he is to live
the Christian life.
WHAT IS THIS FOR US TODAY?
Remember always that our loving God
never gives payment but gifts, never
gives reward but grace.
Now we have the reason to deny our
own-self, to carry our own cross and to
follow the Lord.
See my dear friends, the highest place
here on earth is still at the foot of the
Cross
