This study aimed to test the relationship of organizational climate

)and organizational satisfaction, study includes the test of random sample from (50

individuals of workers in Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, the questionnaire is


used as a tool to measure the dimensions of study by finding the level of organizational
climate and job satisfaction in studied organization, and to know the exchanging
relations between the variables of study to answer at questions of study problem and to
get the set targets.

The researcher used number of statistical means to teat the data such as percentage

mean, standard deviation , correlation coefficient Spearman. And the study find number
of results the most important one that the positive climate is the decisive and direct
element which lead to feel of satisfaction, in addition, she submitted number of
recommendations which are served her purposes.
