Eligibility Guidelines: Applicants:


must have participated in a leadership role in community and school
service work or volunteer activities.
must have a cumulative high school grade point percentage of at least
75%
must reside within the province of British Columbia
must plan to enroll, for the first time, beginning in the fall, a full-time
undergraduate course of study at an accredited post secondary
institution or vocational technical school
must have made exceptional contributions to both school and community
service, initiating community development, leadership, affecting positive
change, mentoring others, and/or personal development and growth
