Improvement, as one of the paramount concerns of the school, it shall organize system to further monitor its growth
as an institution. In relation into, for its continuous development, the Monitoring Assessment Team is organized. The following

Subject: Guidelines on Transparency and Accountability

1. To manifest an open and honest dealing with our stakeholders, it is the responsibility of the school to observe
transparency and accountability in all areas of the schools performance.
2. The following are guidelines on transparency and accountability which everyone will follow:
2.1. Each teacher will hold a quarterly Homeroom PTA Meeting and report the following:
a. pupils performance
b. pupils participation rate
c. kind and amount of resources generated
d. put up project for the school year
2.2. Conduct quarterly General PTA Assembly and report the following:
a. the schools academic performance
b. school policy
c. the kind and amount of resources generated
d. progress of projects and programs implemented
e. school MOOE
3. Audit committee to conduct quarterly auditing on schools financial resources.
4. School property custodian to conduct semi-annual physical facilities, equipment, textbooks, utensils and other property
inventories.
5. All teachers are required to submit report to the finance management system any donation they receive (in kind or in
cash)
6. No solicitation (in cash or in kind) from other sources without prior knowledge of the teacher-in-charge.
7. Implement measures to improve learning outcomes.
8. Everyone is enjoined to use available resources properly and judiciously.

Subject: Closing/Opening of the School Gate

This is to inform everybody that the closing of the gate will be at 7:30 A.M. and at 1:30 in the P. M.
respectively. It will be opened at 11:00 A.M. and 4:00 in the PM. For the following reasons:

1. Secure the safety of our schoolchildren.


2. Pupils will refrain from escaping/cutting classes.
3. Ensure punctuality of pupils and teachers.
