Because of the reason of failing of being notified/informed of the existence of PHILSAT examination due

to busy schedule and the lack of contacts with the people that have knowledge of it, I failed to register,
and/or pay the testing fee, and take the said exam last april 16, 2017 even with fervent acceptance and
willingness to register, pay, and take the examination to enroll this school year of 2017-2018
