Interned / worked in project management and idea generation group. The job was in an office
dedicated to starting and managing businesses in different industries with the goal of diversifying
portfolio of a wealthy individual.
Worked on a few projects which helped me acquire experience on how to pitch an idea and how a
business is managed. Have also learned a lot about effective team-work.
o Project #1: Generating revenue in an educational institution
Pitched the idea of renting out the institutions auditorium on weekends and specific
occasions and made a model for the expected costs and revenues.
Researched and found better ways of advertising to generate more revenue.
o Project #2: Revitalizing an old taffy factory
Helped a senior member with apprizing the old equipment by estimating the cost of repair
and maintenance.
Helped with planning the production line and choosing new products.
Participated in negotiations in regards to renting the production capacity to well-known taffy
brands.
