I am Calvin B. Chavez III, currently a 5th year graduating BS Architecture student of

LCC-Bacolod. I am making this letter as a partial requirement for my Design 9 subject and for
my thesis proposal. The proposed title of my Architectural Thesis is, Balay Pagbag-o: A
Rehabilitation and Reformation Farm for Children in Conflict with the Law. My study
focuses on helping the community and other concerned sectors transform the unfortunate
youths that is in need of adequate guidance.
