The Province of Ontarios Emergency Management Glossary of Terms was produced as part of
Ontarios continuous improvement process for emergency management. The development of this
Glossary was undertaken by a Working Group comprised of EMO staff and volunteers who contributed

Le lexique de la gestion des situations durgence de la province de lOntario est publi dans le cadre des
efforts continus de la province en vue damliorer la gestion des situations durgence. Llaboration de ce
lexique a t confie un groupe de travail compos de membres du personnel de Gestion des situations
durgence Ontario (GSUO) et de bnvoles qui y ont consacr beaucoup de temps et defforts.
Le groupe de travail a consult diverses sources pour produire ce document, dont le dictionnaire Oxford
