In recent times,
Nektarios the Wise, has shone like a
glowing Lamp, providing Light to the
world. By means of his Life, which
was Superior and Irreproachable,
and God-pleasing with words, he
shone the Gospels Bright Light on
all the Faithful. Therefore, he was
filled with Glory by the Holy Spirits
Gift, and grants Cures and Healings
without cease unto those who
beseech.

Thy Priests shall clothe themselves in
Righteousness; Thy Saints shall
greatly Rejoice.
Rejoicing, the Church of Christ, beholds
Thee, O Nektarios, Glorified with
Heavenly Glory, and She Magnifies
Christ, for our Lord has made Thee a
Worker of Miracles. The Island of
Aegina now especially beams with
Joy, for She possesses the Casket
with Thy Holy Relics, as a never-
emptying Treasure of Holiness.
Churches throughout the world that
bear Thy name, more than all, art
Glad for they have recourse at all
times to Thee, and tearfully exclaim:
O Father, my Glory! My Assistance
and my Shelter! Thou art my Patron

Faithful congregations festively
celebrate and honour Thy Memorial
today, and sing Hymns of Praise to
Thee, O Holy Nektarios. And Christs

mystically basks in Thy Glory and

times a strong Support and a

Are there any worthy Crowns of Praise

God was he, and a Priceless Gem of

kept a truly Divine Lifestyle, for Thy
Deeds were Holy, Just and Blameless.
Thou founded a Holy Monastery with
the Help of God, on the Island of

The reasoning of mortals is cowardly,
and our intents are unsafe.
Thy Kingdom, of the Father, and
of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit,

Rejoice! For as a modern-day Saint,
Thou shine most brightly in the
Firmament of the Church; ad those
Mystically led to Light by the Shining
Brilliance of Thy Miracles. Thou
mind was possessed by God,
overflowing with Divine Light. As it

of God with full Understanding, O

Because She goes about seeking those
worthy of Her, and She appears to
them favourably in their paths.
Wisdom cannot be overcome by evil.
I became a Lover of Her Beauty, and
sought Her from My Youth, and
desired Her as My Bride.
God and One who chooses His
Works.
If Righteousness produces the Virtues,
and Wisdom teaches Self-control,
Discernment, Righteousness and
Courage, there is nothing more
valuable in the Life of mankind.
If anyone longs for great Experience,
She knows the things of old, and
portrays the things to come, for She
understands subtlety of words and
the solution of riddles, and She has
Foreknowlege of Signs and Wonders,
and the outcome of times and
seasons, and to all She is a Good
Counsellor.
