CONTRACT OF SERVICE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This CONTRACT OF SERVICE entered into ____(Place of Business)_____ by and among:

MR. ALBERT OWEN TAAL, Filipino, (single/married), of legal age, residing

at__________________, and the owner of ARAH TRADING, hereinafter referred to as the FIRST PARTY,
and

Mr./Ms._____________________, Filipino, (single/married), of legal age, residing

at____________________________, hereinafter referred to as the SECOND PARTY.

WITNESSETH

1. That the First Party is in need of the services of the Second Party who shall perform work
accordingly;
2. That the Second Party has signified his intention, to which the First Party has accepted, to
provide services needed by the latter:
3. That the Second Party hereby possess the necessary education, skills, and experience required to
perform the job as described herein;
4. That in view hereof, the Second Party is hereby contracted as an _________________________

The Second Party is also entitle of the following privileges:
SSS benefit;

The Second Party is also entitled to receive a Thirteenth-Moth pay at the end of the year.

5. That as an Sales representative, the Second Party is expected to perform the following functions
and conditions:

a) To supervise the sale and inventory of the store and First Party;
b) To maintain a logbook of sales of stocks/items;
c) To handle and keep records of all the transactions of the store;
