2. Overview
The transaction CC04 can be used to change code of Functional Location. Because of this change is not
impact to SAP internal code, the change of this code will be implied as well also in the following objects:
o Code of Functional Locations below the hierarchy (children)
o Related Equipment installed within the structure
o Related Bill of Material
o Related Measuring Points, Route and Measuring Document
o Related Maintenance Plans
o Related Notifications and Work Orders

Scenario in this testing:

o Select Functional Location and structure below the Functional Location
o Creation and installation of various equipment within the structure
o Creation of Measuring Points and Route within the structure
o Create, process and complete Notification NG and Work Order WGN
o Create and schedule Maintenance Plan against the Functional Location, Notification NP and
Work Order WPM to be created
o Create Measuring Document against above Work Order WPM
o Assume for replacement, breakdown Notification NC and Work Order WDF are created by then
o Move Functional Location and its structure below to selected target
o Observe impact on various SAP Object above : Code of Functional Locations including the
children, Equipments, BoM, Measuring Points, Route, Measuring Document, Maintenance Plan,
Notification and Work Order.
