RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
With respect to the articles, sections and clauses of this project are mainly derived from
secondary sources, including bare act of Workmens Compensation Act, 1923 &
Employee State Insurance Act, 1948. The cases are also referred here with the help of
articles and briefing of the cases from books and internet i.e. the primary and Secondary
sources are mainly used.

In the study both analytical and descriptive methods are followed. The analytical part is
based on both primary and secondary data. The study relies more on the secondary data.
The secondary data are collected from various sources.

The research of this project report is analytical and doctrinal.
