Purpose of developing APP System Advisor:
Client has an existing APP named System Advisor. He wants to redesign the APP in terms of look and
feel. The functionalities will remains the same. If required we can reuse the existing code of the APP.
The APP will be for both Android and iOS version. This APP is mainly for Dealer who register for free
initially and then subscribe. Dealer can design their own camera/ CCTV etc. by choosing fields
provided by the APP.

Modules for the APP:


Subscription Screen:
Dealer after installing the APP has to create an account.
Initially there will XX days free trial and after that will be subscription charges will be
applicable.
To enrol for subscription, dealer has to register first.

APP is divided into 3 major modules:


- Start Up: This has few intro screen about the APP and how to use it. Option to skip will be
there.
- Security Dealer Tronix
- System Advisor
Security Dealer Tronix: These contains pdf, word, excel document uploaded by dealer. Option to
share the files.
Dealer can send messages to his customer. This is as per the below screenshot.

Dealer can get to know about recent and past activity with his customer.

System Advisor: The APP consists of the following side menus and bottom menus.
The main menu is as follows which the dealer has to accept to redirect to bottom screens.
Bottom menu consists of the following screen:
A. Site Survey
B. Examples
C. HDD Calculator
D. Catalog
E. Support

A. Site survey is categorized into following sub division.

i) Site Survey Screen:


Clicking on this, dealer has to provide information on the following screen as discussed
below.
These information are captured and stored by the admin.
Screen are as follows:
a) Site Screen:
Here the dealer needs to provide:

b) Storage Screen:
This is as per the below screenshot.
He needs to choose any one of the following:
Days of Recording
Hours per day
Motion expected each day

c) Wiring Screen:
This is as per the below screenshot.
He needs to select any one:

d) Network Screen:

He needs to add a camera.

After a camera is added, the screen will be as follows. Camera to be selected


from the mobile.

Choose Add on as per the below screen.

At last, dealer needs to provide his contact information:

Clicking on Remote Access above, will redirect to the following screen. Clicking on a
particular image redirect to another descriptive screen.
The screen consists of videos/ texts/ images.

iii) HDD Calculator:


This is as per the below screenshot.
Dealer needs to provide following information.
Based on the chosen fields, tentative estimated will be populated automatically.
iv) Catalog Screen:
The main menu is as follows:
Clicking on Peace of Mind will redirect to the following screen. This is a descriptive page.

Clicking on Monitor icon, will redirect to the following screen. Clicking on a particular
image redirect to descriptive screen.

Clicking on Accessories icon redirect to following screen.


Clicking on Recorder redirects to the following screen.

Clicking on Cameras, redirect to following screen.


Clicking on Power Supplies redirect to the following screen.

Similarly clicking on Cable and Hard Drive redirect to their respective screen.

Screen is as follows which the dealer can select.
Both Residential and Commercial has 3 categories: Observe, Recognize and Identify.
vii) Admin Features:
Manage CMS contents of screen.
Manage dealers who have registered with the APP.
Manage subscription for registered dealer.

Total cost for design the APP and developing the mobile APP for iOS and Android version: $4,200.

Payment Terms:
1st Payment: 25% of total project cost as an advance to start the project.
2nd Payment: 25% of total project cost after completion of development for back end service.
3th Payment: 25% of total project costs after completion of development for iOS version.
4th Payment: 25% of total cost after completion of development for Android version and uploading to APP
store.

Note:
Bank wireframe charge or PayPal charge will be extra.
We will provide support for next 3 months for any issues or bugs found.
If required during the development phase if we have to purchase any plugins or apis, the charges will be
extra.
