1. Investment property includes all of the following, except

a. Land held for the short-term sale in the ordinary course of business rather than for long-term capital appreciation.
b. Land held for a currently undetermined use.
c. Building owned by the reporting enterprise, or held by the enterprise under a finance lease, and leased out under one
or more operating leases.
d. Building that is vacant, but is held to be leased out under one or more operating leases.
