AFFIDAVIT OF NO PREVIOUS DONATION

I, ROSITA T. CARDONA, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of Brgy.

Ibarra, Maasin City, Southern Leyte, Philippines after having been sworn in accordance
with law, do hereby depose and state:

1. That, I am registered owner of the property described below:

A parcel of residential land with an area of 114 squarre meters

under Survey No. 334-D2 located at Pob. District II, Silago,
Southern Leyte registered under Tax Declaration No. 06-16002-
00155, Property Identification No. 045-16-002-14-077 under the
name of Cardona Rosita T.; Bounded on the North by Lot 334-D
Tomol Emeterio; East by Lot 335-B; on South by Lot No. 334-D2
Tomol, Cornelio and on the West by Lot No. 334-A, with market
value of P91, 200.00 and assessed value of P3, 190.00

2. That, due to my love and gratitude to my daughter, Rosanna T. Cardona, I have

donated above stated parcels of land to her;

3. That, such parcels of land had not been previously donated to any parties;

4. That, I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing and to
support for whatever legal purposes this may serve.
