A: After the examination of the dead body, the findings were reduced into
writing entitled Necropsy Report
Fiscal: May we make of record that the Necropsy Report has already been
marked as Exhibit A-1 during Pre-trial
Q: Dr, you mentioned in your autopsy report that the victim suffered
gunshot wounds, could you tell this honorable court, how many
wounds did the victim suffered?
A: They are located at the right side of the face, below the right eye, and
the second is located at the right side of the head just in front of the right
ear, and the third is located at the right side of the head
Q: Did you find what was the cause of the death of Jacinto T. Bayron?
A: Yes
A: In the Postmortem Findings, the 3 gunshots on the head was the cause
of his death
Fiscal: May we make a manifestation in this honorable court that the
word cause of death of Jacinto T. Bayron as stated in the Necropsy
Report has already been marked as exhibit A-2
Q: Now Dr, you told us about the wounds which you found in the
head of Jacinto Bayron, could you tell us from your experience what
kind of instrument was used by the assailant to inflict the wounds on
the victim
Q: Now, Dr, you mentioned the wound was caused by a bullet, can
you tell us more or less how was the injury inflicted?
Q: Now Dr, what else did you do after you conduct the autopsy
report? LEADING
A: I prepared a sketch
A: This is what we use to list down the injuries during our autopsy that is
the sketch of the human body and the head of a person

A: Yes, I do. I believe they were under the words: Medico-legal officer

A: there is no medical basis to prove the exact time of the death, however,
this ranged less than a day sir
