A Family is a basic unit of a society

Family has the greatest impact on human behavior

The family is the community in which, from childhood, one can learn moral
values, begin to honor God, and make good use of freedom. Family life is an
initiation into life in society.
A group of people related by either blood, marriage, or adoption
Children in a nuclear family may be the couples biological or adopted offspring.
A nuclear family, also called conjugal, elementary, or traditional family, typically
consists of two married or legally-bound parents and their biological or adopted
children all living in the same residence and sharing the values, duties, and
responsibilities of the family unit. There can be any number of children in the
family, and one or both parents may work outside the home.
Family has the primary function of reproducing society.
Without the cohesion of the family, there can be no lasting community, and
without a lasting community, there cannot be a greater society, to say nothing of
civilization itself.
