wanted it to be easy to fill out
and consistent for the parents.
On the first survey, I only
added one open ended
question, however I felt I
wanted to hear more of their
feelings about the activities. I

The survey each week will ask

how many minutes the child
spent on the iPad, how many
minutes was spent on the iPad
with an adult, are you feeling
good about the applications,
what do you like about the
application, what do NOT like
about the application, did
your child master the skills,
would more instructions be
helpful, do you feel as if this
helped you spend quality time
with your child, etc.
