R Stanley II
Real
Estate
has
always
been
a
part
of
Tom's
life.
He
grew
up
with
his
father
rehabbing
homes
and
his
grandfather
maintaining
family
owned
apartment
buildings.
A
mere
one
year
after
graduation
from
high
school,
Tom
purchased
his
first
of
several
apartment
buildings.
He
lived
upstairs,
rented
the
downstairs
and
used
the
cash
flow
to
pay
his
way
through
college
and
graduate
school.
An
entrepreneur
at
heart,
while
in
graduate
school
Tom
also
started
a
chain
of
successful
health
clubs
which
he
sold
a
few
years
later
to
focus
on
Real
Estate.
Over
the
past
32
years,
Tom
has
continued
to
develop
his
expertise
in
business
development,
strategic
client
relationship
building
and
project
delivery
via
his
on-going
successful
Commercial/Residential
and
Single
Family
investments,
as
well
as
his
mega-
church
projects
and
several
other
successful
ventures.
Tom
has
completed
hundreds
of
investments,
many
of
which
were
partnered
with
other
agencies
or
funded
by
Tom
himself.
Toms
primary
focus
was
investing
in
Commercial
Real
Estate.
He
and
his
investing
partners
purchased
and
rehabilitated
well
over
700
apartments
units
in
a
three-year
span.
He
has
mastered
the
skill
of
finding
deals,
filling
a
void
in
the
market
place,
using
economy
of
scale
for
rapid
and
controlled
expansion
and
skillfully
assembling
a
team
of
professionals
assuring
company
success
while
maintaining
a
steady
net
profit
for
his
investors.
During
this
time
in
his
life,
Tom
spoke
nationally
on
topics
regarding
Real
Estate
and
Entrepreneurship.
After
a
downturn
in
the
Midwest
rental
market
due
to
a
horrible
winter
and
changes
in
tenant
base,
Tom
realigned
his
vision
of
the
future
and
began
reinventing
himself.
Three
years
ago
he
was
approached
by
three
Individuals
from
the
Lab
testing
industry
to
discuss
funding
a
laboratory
start
up.
Always
interested
in
economies
of
scale
he
started
researching
the
industry
and
realized
a
niche
lacking
in
the
lab
space.
Laboratory
Suites
was
born
and
developed
on
the
concept
that
owners
of
businesses
needing
lab
services
could
benefit
from
an
ownership
structure
based
on
compliancy
and
while
partnering
with
industry
leaders.
He
then
funded
the
startup,
purchased
the
property,
rehabbed
the
current
location
and
with
his
partners
started
and
created
an
industry
leading
and
rapidly
growing
company.
Mr.
Stanley
has
a
long
and
successful
history
in
the
CEO
position
and
one
he
does
not
take
lightly.
As
the
head
of
several
startups
he
understands
the
ultimate
success
or
failure
rests
on
his
shoulders.
Whether
in
this
position
or
sitting
as
a
board
member,
the
leadership
style
of
upper
management
allows
for
the
individuality
needed
to
push
a
companys
culture
and
advance
the
group
as
a
whole
faster
than
as
an
individual.
Mr.
Stanley
believes
you
can
unlock
the
full
potential
of
your
entire
staff
if
the
culture
of
the
company
is
based
on
knowing
what
you
have
and
what
they
can
offer.
1.
Maintain
company
direction
as
set
forth
by
the
strategy
and
vision.
Working
closely
with
the
senior
management
team
to
continually
improve
on
the
companys
direction,
budgets,
and
partnerships.
2.
Fund
raising
at
a
pace,
which
stays
in
front
of
future
growth
while
maintaining
fiscal
responsibility.
4. Delegate responsibilities to the staff in conjunction with the COO and CIO.
5.
Create
the
culture
of
the
company,
working
closely
with
the
CTO
on
how
we
are
seen
in
the
industry
as
well
as
internally.
Developed
a
great
place
to
work
to
attract
the
best
in
our
industry
and
support
the
team
to
continue
making
it
better.
6.
Continue
the
development
of
our
senior
management
team
and
support
their
individual
success
to
assure
overall
company
success.
In
keeping
the
strategy
clear
and
at
the
fore
front
of
discussion
with
senior
management,
they
will
really
the
team
together
to
make
the
vision
a
reality.
7.
Maintaining
capital
allocation
which
includes
working
closely
with
the
CFO
to
set
and
maintain
budgets,
control
spending,
track
the
return
on
investment
and
increase
shareholder
value.
Always
up
for
the
challenge,
Tom
starred
in
"The
Invested
Life"
on
MSN
as
a
subject
matter
expert
in
Real
Estate
investing.
He
also
tried
his
hand
at
radio,
creating
the
popular
weekly
Real
Estate
investing
radio
show,
R.E.A.L.
Radio
on
WIND
in
Chicago.
To
keep
his
passion
of
educating
alive,
he
sponsored
a
successful
Real
Estate
investing
forum,
R.E.A.L
(Real
Estate
Investing
Leaders).
Tom
spends
his
free
time
with
his
loving
wife
Niki
Norton
and
five
children,
Taylor,
Thomas,
Trenten,
Zane
and
Marin.
Today
his
main
focus
is
giving
back
to
causes
in
need
with
a
heavy
Philanthropic
drive
using
his
skill
sets
to
better
his
community.
