- I will try to have an interesting & easy lesson for the students, to make them understand and enjoy the lesson.

- I can tell by observing the students behaviour, if theyre talking I would know that theyre not interested on
the lesson & by asking questions.

Introduction (warmer activity + teacher active engagement)
Time: 15 min

I will start by greeting the students, talking about the day, date and weather. Then I will review sounds they
taken on the board, I will write the letters and ask them which sound is this, then I will draw things like ant,

apple, popcorn, etc. and ask them what sound does this ant pointing at the ant, start with? I will ask the
students to write some letters on the air following my directions.
Whole group:

First I will tell them to just look at me doing the actions, I will play the song and demonstrate the actions, I
would make sure to make eye contact with each student. I will sing along will focusing on the sounds of the
letters, I would change the tone when for example I sing the part ah ah ah bu bu bu etc. to let them focus
more on the sounds.

I will ask the students to stand up and we will start with doing step by step, when teaching the actions I will
give clear instructions for example ants on the apple ah ah ah I will tell them put your fingers on your arm
and pretend or act like your fingers is the ant moving while singing the part along with the action.

After teaching them the movements/ actions I will play the song again and we will do it together without
stopping, then I would play it one more time to let them memorize and get used to the song.

At the end I might ask them to give me some words, I will review the letters they had taken one more time,

and before ending the lesson I will ask each students to give words start with sounds they take.
