ABM 1 Introduction to Entrepreneurship, Management and Marketing
The course presents the fundamentals of entrepreneurship and its challenges. It
takes into account the whole scope entrepreneurial tasks such as planning and organizing of new agricultural ventures; management of the functional areas of personnel; marketing; production; and financing, with special focus on capital budgeting techniques, preparation of financial statements and financial ratio analysis, break-even analysis and marketing strategies for an effective marketing mix, including the preparation of a business plan.
