NIFTY GAIN 5.80 POINTS TO CLOSE AT 10,321.75, AFTER HITTING AN INTRADAY RECORD HIGH OF
10,490 AND GST COUNCIL TWO-DAYS MEETING STARTS ON 09 NOV 2017.
