AGREEMENT
To whom it may concern:

This is to certify that we, the officials and staff of our barangay Zone 6, Bangued ,
Abra, do hereby agree that on November 14, 2017, Tuesday we are all obliged to clean
and plant seedlings in the vacant lot located at Domaoal St. Corner, M.H. Del Pilar St.
Zone 6, Bangued.

That we always cooperate in every scheduled cleaning/ clearing and join in every
meetings designated by the Punong Barangay.

That we all agree that who failed to comply on this agreement our one half (1/2) of
our salary will be forfeited and put in the financial assistance, in any activity related for
the improvement of our barangay.

We all sign and agree with our own free will.
