3.1 Product Documentation Issue Modes

The product documents can be issued in the following modes:

l The documents are printed and delivered with the equipment.

l The documents are contained in compact disks and delivered with the equipment.
l Individual requests for product documents are also supported. To request for product
documents, send a mail to 800@zte.com.cn. In the mail, make clear the product
name, product version, document type, and language.
l Apart from the above modes, the product documents are also available at
http://ensupport.zte.com.cn.

3.2 Downloading Product Documents in Electronic

Form
To facilitate the user with easy access to the product documents, all the product
documentation set is available in the technical support website, http://support.zte.com.cn.
The user has to register to this website to access and download the documents.
The procedure to download documents from the technical support web site is given below.

1. Log on to http://support.zte.com.cn to open the login window.

2. Click Country and select Global English from the shortcut menu.
3. Click Login to display the login page. Enter the user name, password and verification
code, see Figure 3-1.

Note:
If you have not an account yet, register one. The website will email your user name
and password to you in two workdays after you completes the registration.

4. In the Select a product to search document area, select a product category, see
Figure 3-2.

6. Click Search. All the manuals of this product are listed in the Document List area,
see Figure 3-4.

7. Click on the required document to download. It will redirect to the download web page.
Click on the Download of the corresponding document.

3.3 Feedback Methods

The methods for sending comments and suggestions on a user document are as follows:
l Grading a document and sending comments and suggestions on ZTEs technical
support website.
l Sending an E-mail with comments and suggestions on a document to
doc@zte.com.cn.
l Contacting the local ZTE office and providing the contact person with comments and
suggestions on a document.
l Calling ZTEs customer service hotline (+8675526771900) and providing the
customer service representative with comments and suggestions on a document.
