1. I will introduce the doll Maryam to them (her name and from where does she come). As
Maryam story, her grandfather will show her some materials. So, I will give each group some
materials like fabric, glass, stone and metal and they must tell me what they are. (engage the

resolve the activity. Then I will give each group two small envelope include pictures and two titles and
building materials keywords in small cards.

Match with them the first materials as an example to make sure that they
understand the activity.
Remained them about the team work strategy. (the grope who will listen, finish
the activity correctly, and work as a group will get a star, at the end of the lesson
the group who collect more stars will get a candy).
2. I will provide A3 paper for each group, two small envelopes one include building materials
title, words and pictures card. The other one include (from where dose these materials
come) title and pictures.

Role of students:
1. First they have to match the word with the materiel picture. Like, the word (class) with the
(class cup) picture.
2. Then they have to match the (building material) picture with (from where does it come)
pictures.

Closing:
Time: 10 min

At the end of the lesson, I will tell the students to take their science homework book and I will give
them homework page. (as the students usually do they open the page that I write it in the pored then I

homework in the science homework book page 20)

Assessment:
I will know if the children understand or not by observing them during the activities.
