Schedule Assumption:
1. Each shift shall have the full complement of craft as per Attachment A during grillage and sea fastening installation, and that the Ship's Master will allow the full
complement of welders to perform hot work, and the vessel will be clear and ready for layout and grillage installation.
2. The grillage requirement for Flare 1 and 2 is 1600 linear meters; and the sea fastening requirement for the two Flares is 3000 linear meters, and UT/RT will be
waived.
3. All required craft will commit and will work during the Christmas Holiday period.
4. MV Leo Leader V32, MV Hawaiian Highway V3A and MV Positive Leader V24 shall arrive and depart BIPI as per the published berthing Plan/Schedule as of
November 20, 2015 as per Attachment B.
5. All tugs will be on station and MV Red Zed will be allowed to arrive the same day that the BIPI contractor ships depart, and will be able to be put into the appropriate
mooring configuration that same night.
6. Upon completion of mooring, the Red Zed will immediately shut down engines for cooling, and that the funnel will be removed six (6) hours later, enabling module
load-out at first light.
7. The Red Zed will be able to move off the quay to anchor out with 50% sea fastening completed on the modules.
8. Any slippage will require the earliest available berthing window in January 2016 to complete.
9. Any PEZA requirement for grillage is in place.
10. Welding equipment will be allowed to remain on board Red Zed when going to anchorage in secured lockable containers.
11. Any additional materials / containers YGZ desires to be loaded on this vessel will not interfere with the modules load out schedule.
12. The BIPI Quay will be in acceptable operational condition.
