similarities. Prepare reports & follow up on recommendation.
Implement emergency response plans, procedures and evacuation drills. For Emergency

Developed -Before starting of job Field Level Risk Assessment (FLRA) is carried out for
every job.
For finding additional risk at site all workman are gathered area wise and do Risk Based
Approach (RBA) once in year.
Giving Safety Induction to all new employees, workmen, visitors before going to job site.
Make the general workers aware of the safety while working, especially while working at
height, confined space entry, hot work, scaffolding work, excavation work permit through
safety training program.
Daily Conduct Meeting with all Safety Supervisors
Ensure compliance of all vehicles before entry inside plant.
Conduct defensive driving training for all drivers, supervisors, and transport owners.
Maintain records of all controlled vehicles.
Spot Checks Weekly with PMC, Safety, & Transporters/ representatives.
Conduct transporter meeting, driver gate meeting, Grievance cell Meeting.
Developed Training Need Assessment(TNA) & annual training calendar
Developed Authorized First Aider ,Rescuer ,Rigger & Fire Fighter developed in plant and
